Dave Reinhart

Mr. Reinhart was appointed to the Board by Fagen, Inc. on January 23, 2012 pursuant to the Operating Agreement, which permits Class A unit holders owning one million or more of our Class A units to appoint one director to the Board. Mr. Reinhart serves on our risk management committee. Since 1975, Mr. Reinhart has operated family-owned supermarkets in Guthrie Center, Panora, and Stuart, Iowa. Mr. Reinhart also serves as a board member for 3 other privately-held ethanol production companies: Amaizing Energy in Denison, IA, Big River Resources LLC in Burlington, IA, and Platinum Ethanol in Arthur, IA. Mr. Reinhart graduated from Iowa Central Community College with an Associates Degree in Business and from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.

Mr. Reinhart will service indefinitely as a director on the Board at the pleasure of Fagen, Inc. for so long as he continues to own one million or more of our Class A units.
